Summary

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage smaller-scoped projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful outcomes

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to understand project needs, provide updates, and address concerns.

• Support the planning, development, and execution of project tasks in collaboration with team members.

• Assist in project scheduling, timeline management, and resource coordination.

• Perform administrative tasks such as opening purchase orders, scheduling meetings, monitoring tools, working with agencies, creating process documentation, etc,.

• Monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying and escalating potential issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Complete tasks assigned by the Project Manager efficiently and accurately.

• Familiar with a procure to pay system is a plus

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of project management experience in a marketing related role—ideally at a fast-paced startup or agency.

• We are looking for someone who is excited and interested in learning about the inner workings of Marketing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to engage and work with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You're known for rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done

• Solid experience with project management software tools – Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Suite, Slack etc,.

Skills:

• Fluent in English

• 2+ years of experience in project management or related field

Education:

BA/BS required
