• Lead large scale programs/projects with multi-discipline project team members.
  
• Uncover root causes to business challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations.
  
• Communicate the importance of technology program governance and controls effectively.
  
• Ensure accurate and transparent program/project status reporting through various mediums.
  
• Act as a liaison between audit, risk, technology, and line of business teams.
  
  
  

  What's Needed?

  
  
  
  
  
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in technology Program and/or Project Management in the financial services industry.
    
  • Experience serving as an intermediary between business and technology.
    
  • Familiarity with Audit or PMO Governance, Risk, and Control roles.
    
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivots.
    
  • Practical knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall Methodologies.
