Welcome to The Bunny Hive, a vibrant social club designed for families with little ones. We offer a range of engaging "grownup and me" classes and social events that allow children to learn through play while parents bond with their little ones and connect with new friends. 

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and passionate Programming Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this junior-level role, you will work directly under the CEO and collaborate closely with our marketing and operations teams. Your primary responsibilities will include refining our current class curriculum, developing new programming, and staying informed about social trends and child development research.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with The Bunny Hive corporate team to enhance existing class offerings and create new programs that align with our mission and values.  
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in child development and education to ensure our programming is relevant and engaging.  
• Assist in the design and implementation of marketing strategies for new classes and events.  
• Support the planning and execution of special events.
• Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve our offerings and foster a community spirit.  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Art, Design, Marketing, Communications, Theater, or a related field.  
• Strong creative and artistic skills, with the ability to think outside the box.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with families and children.  
• Independent, self-starter who is organized and detail-oriented.  
• A willingness to travel occasionally for events and training as needed.
