About the Role:

We are seeking a Programmer Analyst 5 – a developer who is passionate about building performant, user-friendly, and accessible digital experiences. You will be part of a small, agile team focused on developing and enhancing custom applications that meet the evolving needs of our business partners. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to gather and document functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain application logic using .NET (C#) for service layers and Angular for frontend development.
• Implement robust data access logic using Entity Framework and MS SQL Server.
• Ensure code quality through proper version control, using branching and merging strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in developing C# MVC web services.
• 3+ years of experience in building responsive web applications with Angular.
• Proficiency with .NET Core framework.
• Strong understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git), including branching and merging strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of accessibility and performance best practices.
