Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati with the role of Programming Analyst for Core Banking.

As a Programming Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions. Your expertise will ensure that our programs not only meet specified requirements but also excel in performance and efficiency. What the role will entail

• Develop, test, and refactor complex software, select approaches, ensure quality, and lead reviews.
• Define test conditions, design cases, create scripts, and prepare data per specifications. Execute, record, and analyze tests, report results, issues, and risks.
• Design physical databases or data warehouses per policies to meet project needs, interpret standards and create component specifications.
• Analyze service and component performance, ensure reliability, maintainability, and availability.
• Maintain service levels, implement disaster recovery, document procedures, and test recovery plans.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any IT-related courses
• 3 years' experience in Core Banking systems, VB.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript development, and Microsoft SQL server.
• Experience with relational databases, Active Directory, and Web Services.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies, databases, and relevant programming languages.
