Primary Purpose

JOB DESCRIPTION

Facilitates, engineers, designs and performs project management tasks for assigned projects. Provides support to other sectors of the business.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Acts as SME (Subject Matter Expert) in one area. Programs or configures complex technical solutions. Shows expertise in technical utilities. Works with supervisor to jointly develop objectives, timelines, priorities and roles.
• Assists user(s) in documenting business requirements and creating functional specifications.
• Mentors others and reviews communications. Continues to improve personal performance.
• Debugs systems/programs as needed (knows proper way to debug).
• Protects company assets (hardware and software).
  
  

Qualifications

• College Degree in a related field preferred.
• 4 - 6 years' experience in a related field preferred.
• Project management skills.
• Database knowledge.
