I. JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack React.js and Node.js Programmer responsible for managing both the back end and Front-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users, as well as leading a team of programmers. In this role, you will guide and mentor your team, ensuring best practices are followed and projects are delivered efficiently. Proven experience as a Lead Developer, strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, and experience with API development and integration are essential. Competence in front-end technologies, particularly React.js, is required, along with familiarity and experience with Agile methodologies. II. ROLES Lead the Programming Team Design, code, test, and debug software systems under the direction of the project manager orteam leader. Develop applications per detailed specifications using specified programming languages,tools, and techniques. Deliver unit-tested systems timely that meet specification functionality requirements Troubleshoot technical problems. Provide technical support on developed systems. Research new developments in hardware and software. Keep abreast of latest developmentsregarding effective procedures, methods, and tools in software development and testing. Work with team members to define detailed specifications for specific system and sub-system functionality requirements. Participate in client meetings and understand business needs driving technology. III. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related area. At least 10 years of relevant work experience including handling a team Knowledgeable in React.js, Node.js, and other Javascript frameworks. Experience or training in MVC, REST, OOP, RDBMS, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, VueJs, CSS. Knowledgeable in other agile methodologies Understanding of MVC design patterns. Experience preferred working with Laravel Framework, MY SQL. Experience in systems development techniques and methodologies (data modeling, entity relationship diagramming and functional decomposition) are preferred. Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP. Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds.
