We are looking for RPG Programmers with a strong background in RPG programming and a deep understanding of AS400 systems. Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and modify RPG programs on the AS400 platform Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and establish project scope Perform comprehensive testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed applications Engage in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Identify and resolve issues in current applications through troubleshooting and debugging, ensuring prompt solutions Job Requirements: With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field With at least 5 years of proven experience as an RPG Programmer with expertise in AS400 development With strong understanding of AS400 system architecture and database concepts Familiarity with integration tools and techniques for AS400 systems With understanding of security principles and compliance standards in AS400 environments Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Why join MinebeaMitsumi Cebu?
