Mail Services is looking for a Print Programmer who is skilled in Exstream Dialogue to join our team to help support and maintain an existing suite of applications. There will also be opportunity to work on new projects as time permits. Remote Work – onsite for initial 2 weeks of orientation, then 1 week every quarter. Duties would include: Setting up new customers as they are acquired/making changes to configurations Fixing bugs/testing/deployment Adding new features as required Writing additional documentation for support staff and customers Answering customer questions that lower levels of support are not equipped to handle Helping other technical staff complete programming projects Elixir training may be provided if necessary
