Summary

A skilled candidate will be successful in this role by developing, maintaining, and enhancing company software.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Strong background in programming, construction workflows, and the ability to leverage technology to solve industry challenges.
  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications that best fit the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Develop tools to collect data and provide visual tools to support areas with budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Provide ongoing assistance and troubleshooting for existing software to maintain/increase efficiencies.
  • Document database designs, queries, and processes to ensure transparency and maintainability.
  • Identify and resolve database issues, including performance problems, data corruption, and access errors.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Programmer
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • SQL programming, Crystal Reports, SSRS, GoAnywhere, API’s, and/or Power BI experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Teams
  • SharePoint experience a plus
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
