Job Title: Pipe Bending Machine Programmer Location: Sector-24 Faridabad Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pipe Bending Machine Programmer to program, set up, and operate CNC and manual pipe bending machines. The ideal candidate will have experience in reading technical drawings, selecting appropriate tooling, and optimizing machine parameters for precision bending. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with a variety of materials and pipe diameters. Key Responsibilities: Program and operate CNC pipe bending machines to meet production requirements. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Select appropriate tools, dies, and mandrels for different pipe sizes and materials. Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate bending angles and dimensions. Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and adjust programming as necessary. Perform quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Maintain and calibrate machines to ensure optimal performance. Work closely with engineers and production teams to improve processes. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Pipe Bending Machine Programmer or similar role. Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation. Familiarity with pipe bending techniques, tooling, and material properties. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (preferred). Ability to read technical drawings and schematics. Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in metal fabrication. Education & Experience: Bachelor of Technical/ Technical diploma or certification in machining or CNC programming preferred. 2+ years of experience in CNC pipe bending or metal fabrication.
