Job Description About the role As the Public Programmes Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth execution of our public programmes throughout Spain. This is a hybrid role—bridging together people, administration and operational management. You’ll manage and cultivate relationships with our existing government partners. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to iterate and align on impact strategy, while collaborating with various teams across CodeOp to successfully implement our various public programmes throughout Spain. Job priorities Implementing, managing and justifying training future and existing public programmes with government partners, including due diligence, monitoring of contractual agreements, and reporting. Presenting the various scope and parameters of each new programme awarded to the team. Ensuring the successful execution of our public programmes by liaising with students, educational and operational staff. This entails seeking ongoing feedback, troubleshooting any issues as soon as they arise, leading onboarding and offboarding sessions for students, etc. Maintaining the standards of the ISO: 9001 quality system Organizing communication channels and systems to align our various stakeholders internally and externally. Tracking progress toward key business growth milestones and reporting on partnership-building insights to the team Collaborating with our marketing team to develop various outreach strategies to build CodeOp brand awareness and promote synergies locally and nationally Overseeing that our public programmes educational team meets all programmatic requirements Reapplying to previous calls that we have been awarded and regularly scanning calls for other training opportunities that align with CodeOp’s growth plans Qualifications Skills & Requirements The ideal fit for this role will: Have exceptional organizational skills, and a pedantic approach with all things administrative Have excellent communication skills in English, Spanish and Catalan.
