About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, business intelligence tools like Power BI, and a good understanding of analytics solutions.

You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, proposing solutions, and working closely with both business and technical teams to deliver effective outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.

Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.

Work closely with ERP teams to ensure proper alignment between business needs and system capabilities.

Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools.

Assist in data analysis projects to support business decision-making.

Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

Conduct training sessions and workshops for business users on ERP functionalities and reporting tools.

Participate in system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Support change management and ensure proper documentation of processes and solutions.

Requirements:

4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably [mention your ERP system if specific, e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo]).

Good knowledge and experience with Power BI and analytics/reporting tools.

Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and basic SQL is a plus.

Experience in business process mapping and workflow optimization.

Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
