About the Role: We are seeking qualified Programmer Analysts to join our team. The role includes systems analysis, design, development, QA, maintenance & ongoing support. Experience is also very highly considered. Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with developers, programmers, and designers in conceptualizing and development of new software programs and applications. Be responsible for developing documentation that communicates effectively to the relevant stakeholders. Assist in defining software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation. Testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in an applications programming language within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification. Ability to design and test Data warehouse solutions and data pipelines. Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods. Operate independently and honestly both with and without supervision. Skills : Ability to plan and direct complex technical projects. Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity, and SQL. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to speak in Sinhalese.
