Join Carbon13 – the Venture Builder for the Climate Emergency

We are growing our Programme Team (we have one role available, and are hiring either in Berlin or Cambridge/London)

Carbon13 source and connect entrepreneurs across Europe to build ventures that will support Earths life systems.

We're looking for a highly organised Programme Officer to support our cohorts of entrepreneurs who are are joining our programme. You'll work with passionate founders building startups to fight the climate crisis — and help make our programme run like clockwork.

You must be comfortable managing multiple projects at once and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate programme events and logistics
• Be the go-to contact for entrepreneurs and expert speakers
• Manage calendars, comms, onboarding & engagement
• Keep systems like Hubspot, Excel, and Outlook running smoothly
• Support continuous improvement and top-tier delivery

What we need:

• Strong admin & customer service experience
• Super sharp organisation and attention to detail
• Excellent written & verbal English
• Calm multitasker who loves solving problems
• Passion for climate and interest in startups/VC/accelerators
• Degree level education preferred
• Experience in Event planning and programmes would be ideal!

📍Hybrid role with occasional travel
