Programme Manager – Lincoln

Lincoln Based – Hybrid and may require travel to other Client sites as needed

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager with a strong background in leading complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring successful planning, execution, and handover while aligning with business goals and timelines.

The Role

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Work closely with Infrastructure and cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and technical execution
• Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders to align key milestones and outcomes with wider transformation initiatives
• Act as the main point of contact for programme-related activities, updates, and challenges
• Establish and maintain programme governance (risk management, change control, and performance monitoring)
• Provide weekly status reports to the Transformation Program Manager, highlighting progress and risks
• Ensure compliance with technical, security, and regulatory requirements.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Minimum of 8 years experience in programme management, focusing on technical project delivery.
• Experience in Retail and Infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, PMP)
• Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Project, and similar tools
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and IT infrastructure is an advantage
