Programme Director

Location: Birmingham or Sheffield (3 days/week in office)

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Programme Director delivering complex global programmes
• Engage and communicate effectively with the Executive Committee, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Manage large programme budgets ranging from £50M to £100M
• Drive programme delivery at pace, managing risk and ensuring stakeholder engagement
• Strong track record of working closely with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to lead in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Lead end-to-end delivery of global programmes across Technology and Risk domains
