🔍 About the Role
As Programmatic Sales Manager (UK), you'll play a critical role in accelerating programmatic revenue across agency, brand, and platform partners. You’ll own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to winning and expanding business relationships. This is your opportunity to lead growth in one of the fastest-evolving verticals in digital media: game advertising.
You'll collaborate closely with the UK Head of Advertiser Sales and cross-functional teams across Campaign Operations, Product, and Customer Success, delivering measurable outcomes in both performance and brand-led campaigns.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit (and exceed) programmatic revenue goals
- Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of agency, brand, and platform clients
- Drive new business and significantly grow the existing programmatic book of business
- Champion game advertising as a mainstream programmatic media channel
- Conduct in-person and virtual demos of the proprietary game advertising platform
- Participate in agency workshops and thought-leadership sessions to drive adoption
- Own accurate forecasting, CRM management, and market insights
- Act as a subject matter expert in RTB, PMPs, and emerging programmatic buying trends
- Stay current on programmatic and gaming trends, sharing learnings with internal teams
✅ What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of digital media sales experience, with 3+ years in programmatic-specific roles
- A proven ability to open doors and close deals with agencies, platforms, and direct brands
- Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem: DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and PMPs
- Strong commercial acumen with a consultative sales approach
- Experience in developing go-to-market strategies, ideally in collaboration with a sales leader
- A natural relationship-builder with excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Comfort in hybrid work settings - equally effective in Zoom calls and face-to-face client meetings
- Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment

- Prior experience in an agency-side digital role
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Strong industry contacts across media groups such as WPP, OMG, Dentsu, and Publicis
