Leading Digital Performance Agency seeks entrepreneurial and driven Programmatic Manager/ Supervisor with 3-4+ years programmatic planning, buying, activation and optimization experience working in The Trade Desk and DV360, along with some team supervisor/ oversight experience of junior team members - to be the client lead managing programmatic campaigns across CTV, Display, DOOH, Video, and Native working with clients across industries including retail, E-commerce, direct to consumer, travel, etc. The successful candidate will help lead digital media buying strategy and campaign optimization, and oversee junior programmatic team members working across account management, programmatic buying, execution and performance optimization. We are looking for someone with a passion for programmatic advertising and optimization of customer advertising spend, with ability to implement and measure cross-channel programmatic campaign plans, oversee campaign performance, client reporting and help support the continued growth of the programmatic team and marketplace inventory offerings to customers. Visible role in a collaborative team where employee growth is prioritized.
