About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Test Manager with expertise in Quality engineering and the successful candidate will be responsible for execution of all levels of testing, including coordination with SQM, Technology and Business and Develop E2E test strategy.

Location: Chicago IL- Onsite role.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures comprehensive test planning and execution from all testing phases.
• ISO exp is nice to have
• Develop E2E test strategy encompassing Unit, Functional System Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT and Production Verification Testing, and obtain required approvals
• Ensure Quality delivery of testing services, Automation, Regression, including planning / budgeting, reporting, resource management, and testing standardization
• Oversees execution of all levels of testing, including coordination with SQM, Technology and Business to ensure adherence to test strategy, verification and sign-off, and defect management activities
• Effectively enable QE teams by providing or fetching the required technical solutions for various testing activities such as Infra, Performance, Security Testing, Chaos Engineering etc.
• Coordination of the overall testing infrastructure including test data and test environments
• Coordinate with project teams to collect aggregated test results and utilize metrics to assess and improve software quality
• Serve as escalation point for testing issues
• Ability to work across multiple application and business areas
• Ensure collaborative teamwork from onsite/offshore testing teams
• Possess the awareness of all latest QE industry trends, tools and technologies etc.
• Seek, promote and ensure implementation of automation opportunities.
• Foster a good working relationship with Dev Managers, Product Owners and other project stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate blockers and issues clearly
• Provide a meaningful and concise status report that will accurately reflect project state
• Manage team/resource issues effectively, fostering a healthy and professional work environment
• Knows how to identify red-flags and critical testing issues and escalate them on a timely manner
