## Overview

This role will provide a first point of contact with the customer and

will handle multiple program support activities. Interacts with

customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products

and services in a timely manner with courtesy and professionalism. The

Program Support Specialist will work closely with the Senior Program

Managers, outside processors and all departments to ensure that the

customers requirements are met.
