I'm supporting a London-based University seeking a Programme Support Officer with solid experience in Robust Process Automation (RPA) and involvement in major transformation programmes within Higher Education.

You’ll be supporting key projects, risk tracking, and engaging academic stakeholders across the programme lifecycle.

Must-haves:

• Proven RPA expertise
• Experience supporting transformation programmes in a University setting
• Strong academic stakeholder management
• Understanding of project risk and strategic planning

1 day a week on-site in London

Outside IR35 | £400/day
