Job Summary
The College of Education and Human Services (COEHS) program coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of routine student service, clerical, organizational, and administrative duties in accordance with established procedures.

Job Responsibilities and Execution
* Ensures that adjunct instructors have current syllabi uploaded to their Canvas course shells
* Advises school counseling and CMHC students as assigned
* Assists the advising team, as needed, with prospective and enrolled COEHS student inquiries related to advising and program requirements
* Provides support to COEHS program faculty
* Assists with semester scheduling and annual assessment reports
* Aids students in the use of FolioTek
* Assists with ordering assessments for programs
* Supports accreditation tasks for all programs
* Assists with maintaining access to fully updated program handbooks and program plans
* Represents COEHS at recruiting events
* Shares in front facing office duties, addressing phone, virtual, and in-person student inquiries
* Maintains testing databases and scores for comprehensive exams

Required Qualifications - An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. Additional requirements may be designated by position.
* Bachelor's degree
* Master's degree preferred
