Program Specialist (Partner & SE Ops) If you have a successful track record in program management, presales operations, working with a high performing team we wish to hear from you. In this role you will be providing first class operational management to our Sales organization. You will help drive programs, define sales processes among other special projects to enhance productivity. In addition, you will drive operational improvements in the areas of process, workflow, communication, strategy and reporting. What You'll Do: * Partner with subject matter experts to identify challenges and improve areas in the Partner Program and Sales Engineering Initiatives * Scope Programs, define requirements and keep stakeholders aligned to end goals, timelines and deliverables * Create and deliver top-quality, audience-appropriate Program Documentation and training * Develop a strong understanding of the various Partner sales motions and how Sales Engineers engage in opportunities * Identify system bugs, gaps and needed enhancements. Manage fix and enhance Partner and SE requests for SFDC and other tools * Partner with Sales Ops and other key stakeholders to manage, plan and prioritize system requests * Maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures used for Partner and Sales Engineering Operations * Optimize operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement and industry standards sharing * Provide front line support to other departments including Partner Managers, Sales Engineers, Billing, Enablement and Business Systems to support to the Revenue Team in common business and day to day operational situations What We're Looking For: * 2-5 years of program management and problem solving experience in a sales operations or a business analyst role * Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM objects, Jira / Confluence, Google Workspace * Ability to drive and communicate objectives, design and execute projects, deliver easy to understand training, and interact effectively across all levels of an organization * Skilled at interpreting complex business documents/objectives, build and present process documentation and training * Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines simultaneously * Ability to network and build strong relationships with peers, senior leaders and executives * Excellent written and verbal communication skills We'll be super impressed if you have experience in any of these: * Channel Operations and / or Sales Engineering operations experience * Strong experience in Smartsheets, Lucid charts and other Project Management tools * Budgeting and resource allocation experience * Experience in a fast growing, medium-sized company Work Hours: This position will require you to be available during core business hours and as needed to collaborate with teams on different time zones. Work Location(s) & Travel Requirements: This position is open to the following preferred office locations: * New York, NY * Denver, CO * San Francisco, CA Fastly currently embraces a largely hybrid model for most roles which allows employees flexibility to split their time between the office and home. Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $83,904.00 to $100,728.00. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
