Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
- Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)and DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4.
- Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
- Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
- Must have a Final Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last five years. Must have the ability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.

Job Description
You will be the Program Security Representative Sr. for the Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business in Grand Prairie, TX. Our team is responsible for managing and supporting the security requirements for a large-scale Tactical Missiles Program Portfolio.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Security Representative Sr., you will be responsible for managing all aspects of security, including personnel, physical, technical, and policy guidance, utilizing relevant regulations and guidelines. You will apply business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and communicate recommendations to leadership and business partners.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing security requirements for a large-scale program portfolio
- Providing personnel security, classified meeting support, and security education
- Developing and presenting security briefings and recommendations to program leadership
- Applying knowledge of 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, NISPOM, and DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4
- Collaborating with government customers and industry partners to build relationships and resolve security issues

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
