We serve the Mexican and International OEM's, Automotive OEMs/ODMs, as well as EMS, offering FAE support and design capabilities to assist customers looking to simplify their solutions and streamlining their supply chain. Zephyr can drop ship from Asia, US, or Mexico, has IMMEX (duty free) License, and Mexico and US import licenses and serves clients by offering JIT, VMI, and Webshop sales. We work with Mfrs Reps and our partner Mfrs to offer a unique service not offered by the Mega Distis that have thousands of line cards with multiple conflicts.

Role Description

This is a dual role, full-time remote position for a Program & Product Manager at Zephyr Technologies in Guadalajara area.

Program Mgr - Coordinating with various internal and external teams to finding new ways to improve our operations, finding efficiencies, identifying bottlenecks, poor practices and other issues and finding ways to resolve them.

Product Mgr -

• Collaborate with the our Suppliers to execute annual goals to advance the business.
• Negotiate pricing and strategy for the company
• Establish appropriate branch and territory performance review both internally and externally with suppliers to execute strategic initiatives.
• Execute go to market initiatives centered on key technologies and segments aligning regional investment to support.
• Field and resolve supplier organization escalations.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Planning, and Execution skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Experience in Electronic Components or Interconnect industry
• Budget Management and Resource Allocation skills
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience with Asian supplier's is a +
