The Programs and Projects Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing the Company's programs, and projects and events, including the implementation of the Conglomerate's brand identity and CSR programs. This role oversees end-to-end project execution, from logistics coordination and documentation to on-the-ground implementation. Additionally, it involves managing social media and website content, ensuring consistent digital engagement and brand alignment. This role requires strong multi-tasking skills, ability to balance the creative and operational aspects of the projects and initiatives, execution and administrative coordination and a keen attention to details.
Job Responsibilities:
Discusses with stakeholders and Management the requirements of the project/event, prepares and presents a comprehensive concept paper, marketing and communication plan, project budget, timelines, tracking and results measurement.
Manages, coordinates and implements the project in accordance with the project plan, within scope and timeline, within budget, and as per expected standards. Takes charge of on-the-ground implementation, including designing marketing paraphernalia, sourcing materials and providers, overseeing activities, etc. Provides status reports to the Management, as well as timely and periodic communication updates to stakeholders.
Processes payments to suppliers and providers and secures necessary documents such as invoices, liquidates cash advances, and other related tasks.
Documents the project/event with a concise after-event report, including details on expenses versus budget, learning and improvements, and other related topics. Files photos, videos, write-ups , and the like digitally and/or in hardcopies.
Manages the social media accounts of the Company by providing contents and updates in accordance with the directions from Management. Ensures digital engagement from the target audiences.
Implements the CSR programs of the Conglomerate by taking charge of the activities, ensuring that these get done timely.
Implements the Conglomerate's corporate identity guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a reputable school
3-5 years of working experience in programs, projects, and events management or related fields
Knowledge of basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, CapCut) for simple creative tasks
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders
Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
Writes well
Analytical, ability to think on his/her feet and troubleshoot issues quickly
Resilient, reliable with the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments; resourceful and determined
