Summary

Position Summary

Responsible for overall program management and the primary POC for the client and corporate personnel. In addition to providing project and personnel oversight and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and manages the daily operation of maintenance and repair on a Between Occupancy Maintenance Housing contract. This position is listed as Contract Manager in the contracts PWS but will be hired as the Program Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure employees perform all duties and requirements of the contract to include: Task Order and PWS compliance, quality of services, housing maintenance, housing inspections, timeliness of all contract deliverables, control costs, compliance with all government reporting requirements, quality control, and management of key personnel.
  • Supervise all individuals working under this contract.
  • Manage the daily operational schedule to ensure housing inspections and maintenance and repair are completed IAW Task Orders assigned by the client and timelines are met.
  • Be available to ensure prompt response in the event of an emergency or exigent circumstance
  • Have overall responsibility for implementing, monitoring, and upgrading the program quality control plan and is responsible for ensuring the work force complies with program requirements
  • Will be the single point of contact for the client with full authority for operational control and be responsible for overall quality and standards conformance in accordance with the PWS.
  • Ensure all equipment and property is tracked and accounted for, and otherwise safeguarded
  • Ability to plan and orchestrate contract Task Orders, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and manage resources within budget.
  • Responsible for the contracts PNL and financial and cost control.
  • Manage all Subcontractors and Vendors Conduct Corporate Program Management Reviews.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in property management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in hospitality or military family housing management.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities.
  • Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite) required.
  • Will be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 20 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching, and bending throughout the workday.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.

Physical Requirements

Will be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 20 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching, and bending throughout the workday.
