The Arc of Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the implementation of the After I'm Gone/Embracing The Arc of Life initiative. The project will assist families and individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in planning for the future. This role requires a strategic thinker and skilled project manager who can bring organization and clarity to a complex, evolving initiative.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in project management and stakeholder engagement. An “innovation” mindset is essential. The role is responsible for developing a formalized project plan, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth execution of project activities.
This is a temporary, half-time, 6-month contract position.

About the Project
Embracing The Arc of Life: Preparing for Life’s Transitions is an initiative aimed at supporting families and individuals with IDD/ASD in planning for the future applying innovative strategies. During the initial phase it will focus on when parents or others can no longer serve as a caregiver or coach to an adult member with a disability. This project will develop a structured framework to guide families through critical life transitions, including long-term financial and care planning, community supports, and advocacy.
