MUST HAVE:

• Vocational degree or certificate in Commercial Diving or Marine Technology
• 5+ years of experience in commercial diving, HDD, or heavy civil/marine construction
• Strong project management capability and familiarity with field execution
• Proficient in MS Project, Word, and Excel
• Deep knowledge of HSEQ standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018)
• Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in production/marine environments
• Cannot have worked for this company in the past

NICE TO HAVE:

• Supervisor-level Drug & Alcohol training
• ISO compliance experience
• Supervisory/leadership experience
• Sales or business development exposure within diving/marine services
