General Responsibility:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Program Manager to oversee and manage key account-related initiatives. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams across different countries, managing customer change requests, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project/program management, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Planning and Execution:

· Develop and implement project plans to address key account-related objectives.

· Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

· Customer Change Request Management:

· Act as the primary point of contact for handling customer change requests.

· Coordinate change requests from internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.

· Coordinate and collaborate with sales and application teams to prioritize change requests and effectively communicate them to customers.

· Follow guidance from the global product manager to ensure change requests are handled according to strategic priorities.

· Stakeholder Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders and product managers.

· Understand customer needs and expectations to deliver exceptional service.

· Provide regular updates and reports on project status and key deliverables.

· Performance Tracking and Reporting:

· Monitor project performance against KPIs and objectives.

· Analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.

· Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Team Management: To manage and coordinate the key account team members, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure the successful execution of the project/change request.

Qualifications

· Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.

· Professional certification such as PMP, higher or equivalent.

· Proficiency in project management software and tools.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in key account management or customer-focused roles.

· Experience or knowledgeable in manufacturing processes, Vacuum-valve, Semi-conductor process/application.

· Proficiency in German language is an added advantage.
