Unique World Education is seeking a Program Manager to join our CBSE ,IIT-JEE and NEET team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for counseling and bringing new students to our CBSE 6th to 12th grade, medical and Engineering entrance coaching institute. The ideal candidate should have one to two years of experience in Dubai as a program manager. Responsibilities: 1)Conduct counseling sessions with prospective students and their families 2)Collaborate with the academic team to develop and improve coaching programs 3)Monitor the performance and progress of enrolled students 4)Prepare and deliver regular reports on program performance 5)Monitor the performance and progress of enrolled students Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field One to two years of experience as a program manager in Dubai Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and project management skills Passion for education and helping students succeed Salary: 3000-4000 AED, plus attractive incentives Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
