Job Role: Program Manager

Location: Tyson s, VA

Develop and implement a comprehensive loyalty management program aligned with business goals

Understand the organization s strategy and vision, and drive and track goals and priorities

Provide strategic program leadership and drive program alignment in a matrixed, highly complex regulated environment

Drive development of the program roadmap, establish milestones, and implement metrics to track progress

Responsible for identifying critical issues and risks, proactively managing project opportunities/ issues/ risks, including timely communication to senior leadership with escalations as needed

Ensure the initiative is delivered on time within a challenging environment while simultaneously managing effective organizational change

Communicate program requirements across the organization, to both internal and external stakeholders as needed

Collaborate with senior leadership to align the loyalty program with broader company objectives

Act as a liaison between various internal departments and external partners to ensure effective program execution

Establish and drive regular meetings with teams

Align program goals with broader business objectives, ensuring that all initiative's chip into overall success of the program

Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.

Bachelor s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

A minimum of five (8) years experience in leading cross functional programs and/or projects preferably in financial industry

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and change requests

Strong leadership and communication skills, conflict management, and negotiation skills

Work with cross functional teams and influencing others to work toward common goal

Organized, motivated, team-player, intellectually curious and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Working knowledge using the Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, clearly articulating findings and presenting solutions

Master s degree or equivalent

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Managed big projects from beginning to end, with accountability for program execution.
