Tufts Global Education (TGE) is seeking a detail-oriented and student-centered Program Manager to join our international team in Hong Kong. This role supports the Tufts in Hong Kong Exchange Program, working directly with students, partner institutions, and Tufts University colleagues to deliver a high-impact, inclusive study abroad experience.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a first point of contact for students during their exchange in Hong Kong
- Coordinate orientation, cultural events, and excursions
- Support housing placement and troubleshooting
- Track student enrolment, records, and health & wellness needs
- Liaise with local partners including HKU and HKUST
- Assist with program communication, assessments, and resource development
✅ Required Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in Hong Kong SAR
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- 5–7 years of relevant experience (international education, student affairs, or program coordination)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with diverse student populations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Canva, or similar platforms
- Willingness to occasionally work evenings, weekends, and travel within the region
