TITLE: Program Manager, Trust & Safety

ANTICIPATION DURATON: 4 months

LOCATION: Austin, TX - Hybrid


Project Overview:

Scams are a major business driver for Trust & Safety teams. We have several initiatives in place aiming to prevent user harm and protect safe revenue, including cross-functional partnerships and product launches in the financial services space.

Overall Responsibilities:

The candidate will focus on operational discipline for xPA scams core team initiatives and provide support for tracking, reporting, OKR planning, and communications for both xPA Scams and Financial Services.

Top Daily Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining trackers/AIs to support core team specific tasks based on meetings with primary pillar leads + core pocs on the team.
  • Tracking and reporting on P0 and non-P0 related critical path activities, including necessary follow ups with team members
  • Support in OKR planning and prioritization exercises for the team.
  • Support on comms collection for weekly/monthly updates and communication plans.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering, computer science or a related field
  • 4-7 years of proven Project/Program management experience in Trust & Safety related topics
  • 1-2 years' experience in Tech industry
  • Ability to work with Stakeholders from different teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient in Google sheets, Google docs, and any other program management tools.
  • Relevant experience such as managing multiple projects


The hourly pay rate range for this position is $51.33 to $66.91/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
