Brief Description

Nextant is looking for an experienced Program Manager Tech for our client. This individual, designs and implements complex data architectures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex technical initiatives, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Led and oversaw multiple technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, quality assurance, and other stakeholders, to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Drive process improvements and best practices across project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  
  

Requirements:

• 2-10+ years of experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in the technology industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, ADO, Power BI, Azure, and Kanban.
• Adobe product required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• PMP, PMI, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Pay Rate:

The annual salary rate for this position in Washington State is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Nextant considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, and market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Candidate must be in Washington, Florida, or Texas.
