The PM and DPM will perform their duties at SOCCENT Headquarters and associated facilities. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract execution and providing leadership and supervision to contractor personnel supporting SOCCENT and its subordinate or partner organizations.

This role requires direct accountability for cost, schedule, and performance across multiple projects and tasks. Responsibilities include risk identification and mitigation related to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities, and other operational activities. The PM/DPM will also coordinate the resolution of production-related issues and ensure alignment with mission objectives.

  • Lead contract execution and ensure alignment with SOCCENT objectives.
  • Supervise and manage contractor personnel supporting SOCCENT and related organizations.
  • Maintain responsibility for project cost, schedule, and performance management.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate programmatic and technical risks.
  • Oversee delivery of systems, tools, software, and facility support as required.
  • Coordinate resolutions to any production or execution-related issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject matter area or a closely related discipline.
  • Twelve (12) or more years of managerial experience within SOCCENT, Joint Special Operations Task Force (JSOTF), or comparable DoD/government agencies, including the Intelligence Community or Department of Homeland Security.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.


Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant subject matter area or closely related discipline.
  • Program Management certifications from Defense Acquisition University (DAU), such as DAWIA or the Back-to-Basics framework.
