The mission of this job lasts from production set up phase till SOP (Serial life Of Production) + 3months. 工业项目经理负责项目的所有制造方面。本工作的任务从生产设置阶段到SOP(连续生产生命周期)+ 3个月。 Job Responsibilities 工作职责：

• PMS Management PMS管理 Apply Program Management System (with successful and on time achievement of work packages, mandatory deliverables and key program milestones) 使用项目管理系统
• Progress Control 过程控制 Build and monitor Master Schedule; 制定并监督总进度计划; Communicate and report relevant program status, and identify risks and opportunities, to ensure risk management and alert process; 沟通和报告相关项目状态，识别风险和机会，确保风险管理和预警过程; Communication with customer (internal and external) , lead meeting with customer, create customer intimacy. 与客户(内部和外部)沟通，主持与客户的会议，建立与客户的亲密关系
• Program Objectives Achievement 项目目标获取 Achieve program targets through development & deployment of program roadmaps and cascade program objectives and assignments to team members; 通过开发和部署项目路线图，将项目目标和分配给团队成员，实现项目目标; Ensure that program experience is capitalized in knowledge management to improve future programs’ performance. 确保项目经验在知识管理中得到充分利用，以提高未来项目的绩效
