该职位来源于猎聘 Main Purpose of the job 职务目的: Industrial Program Manager is responsible for all the manufacturing aspects of the programs. The mission of this job lasts from production set up phase till SOP (Serial life Of Production) + 3months. 工业项目经理负责项目的所有制造方面。本工作的任务从生产设置阶段到SOP(连续生产生命周期)+ 3个月。 Job Responsibilities 工作职责:

  • PMS Management PMS管理 Apply Program Management System (with successful and on time achievement of work packages, mandatory deliverables and key program milestones) 使用项目管理系统
  • Progress Control 过程控制 Build and monitor Master Schedule; 制定并监督总进度计划; Communicate and report relevant program status, and identify risks and opportunities, to ensure risk management and alert process; 沟通和报告相关项目状态,识别风险和机会,确保风险管理和预警过程; Communication with customer (internal and external) , lead meeting with customer, create customer intimacy. 与客户(内部和外部)沟通,主持与客户的会议,建立与客户的亲密关系
  • Program Objectives Achievement 项目目标获取 Achieve program targets through development & deployment of program roadmaps and cascade program objectives and assignments to team members; 通过开发和部署项目路线图,将项目目标和分配给团队成员,实现项目目标; Ensure that program experience is capitalized in knowledge management to improve future programs’ performance. 确保项目经验在知识管理中得到充分利用,以提高未来项目的绩效
  • Others

其他 Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations; 确保充分遵守HSE规章制度;根据管理标准 Manage finance esource issues of the company within authorized scope according to the Management standard; 在授权范围内管理公司的财务/资源问题; Other assignments given by line manager. 部门经理安排的其他工作 Cooperate with IATF16949& ISO14001 & ISO 45001system and FES operation system implement in plant. 配合IATF16949、ISO14001、ISO 45001体系和FES运营体系在工厂的实施。

  • Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company 确保充分遵守公司的道德准则和管理准则、规章制度、价值观、员工手册 Skills & Knowhow技能和知识: Basic financial knowhow; 具备基本的财务知识; Fluent use of both oral and written English is a must, and other language is a plus; 具备流利的英语口语和书写能力,其他语言优先考虑; Excellence in listening, conflict management, problem solving and customer focus. 善于倾听、处理冲突、解决问题和以客户为中心。 Qualifications 任职资格:

Bachelor’s degree or above; 本科及以上学历; At least 3 years’ working experience in Automotive Industry; 3年以上汽车行业工作经验; LCM领导力模型: Collaborates with others:Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. 团队协作:建立伙伴关系并与他人合作以实现共同目标 Manages complexity:Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to solve problems effectively. 管理复杂局面:理解复杂、大量、有时相互矛盾的信息,以有效地解决问题 Drives results:Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances. 驱动结果:即使在艰难的环境下,也能始终如一地取得成果
