As the Manager of New Product Introduction (NPI) Supply Chain Program Management, you will lead a team of Program Managers focused on ensuring operational success and enabling seamless transitions of new data center products within the Machine Learning space from concept to production. You will manage critical programs and empower your team to drive material and supply chain readiness, identify and mitigate risks, and serve as the primary liaison with external partners. Your leadership will be instrumental in maximizing the efficiency and impact of new product introductions, navigating complex cross-functional dependencies to achieve optimal outcomes for Google and its users. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities * Lead and mentor a team of NPI Supply Chain Program Managers, fostering their professional growth and maximizing their impact on new product introductions within the data center space. * Drive end-to-end material and supply chain readiness for all New Product Introduction (NPI) builds, from initial concept through successful production ramp in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. * Identify, assess, and communicate potential supply chain risks throughout the NPI lifecycle, developing and implementing effective mitigation plans to ensure material availability and long-term supply continuity. * Develop and maintain comprehensive global supply chain maps for each product, detailing suppliers, procurement models, lead times, logistics, assembly/test/fulfillment processes, and spare parts strategies to ensure operational clarity.
