The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities * Lead and mentor a team of NPI Supply Chain Program Managers, fostering their professional growth and maximizing their impact on new product introductions within the data center space. * Drive end-to-end material and supply chain readiness for all New Product Introduction (NPI) builds, from initial concept through successful production ramp in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. * Identify, assess, and communicate potential supply chain risks throughout the NPI lifecycle, developing and implementing effective mitigation plans to ensure material availability and long-term supply continuity. * Develop and maintain comprehensive global supply chain maps for each product, detailing suppliers, procurement models, lead times, logistics, assembly/test/fulfillment processes, and spare parts strategies to ensure operational clarity.
