Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple related projects across departments to ensure they align with business goals. The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, tracking progress, managing risks, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage program scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues or risks that may impact delivery.
• Communicate program status to stakeholders and executives.
• Ensure alignment between project outcomes and business objectives.
• Drive process improvements and standardize project management practices.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana).
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
