Summary

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to support in managing technical delivery plans, completing data analysis, and handling project and portfolio updates. This role involves streamlining reporting processes and improving program creation and execution. The ideal candidate will have experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure deployments, and application development. You should be adept at sprint planning, changing capabilities and priorities, and focusing on delivery rather than strict agile/scrum methodologies. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring project deadlines are met and will provide hands-on support to complete tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly under Avishek to support technical delivery plans, ensure data analysis is complete, and oversee project and portfolio reporting.
  • Assist teams in aligning with reporting requirements, helping to streamline updates and project tracking.
  • Improve existing programs by setting deadlines, investigating reasons for delays, and actively supporting program execution.
  • Augment and collaborate closely with PM I to provide hands-on support in program management.
  • Provide recommendations on process optimization and expediting workflows.
  • Focus on delivery execution rather than high-level strategy.
  • Manage sprint planning, evolving capabilities, shifting priorities, and integrating mixed Agile principles.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Preferred background in large-scale enterprises, ability to collaborate across development teams and stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure deployments, and application development.
  • Agile Adaptation: Should understand Agile and sprint cycles but must not be strictly Agile/Scrum-focused, as the company follows a blended approach.
  • Tool Proficiency: Some experience with JIRA and Confluence, ability to document and follow established templates.
  • Assertive Communication: Strong communication skills, ability to enforce business requirements within technical delivery frameworks.
  • Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in organizations like Boeing may align well with the company’s work style.
