Job Description: McLaughlin Research Corporation has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager (PM) to support a contract with the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) in Newport, Rhode Island. The qualified candidate will be part of a team that enables the conceptualization, modernization, and maintenance of systems that ensure our Navy's undersea superiority. Our PMs manage the overall planning, direction and success of large, multi-year efforts. Position responsibilities: Overall program definition, organization, and direction of short and long-range plans including formulating, guiding, and directing the technical approach Defining and negotiating with company personnel for necessary resources. Establishing, monitoring, and controlling technical milestones, schedules, resource and financial projections, budgets and costs Conducting annual employee evaluations, facilitating the hiring process and recommending candidates Supporting customer relations and satisfaction and monitoring program profit and loss Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university with ten (10) years professional experience. Ten (10) years of managing all aspects of Federal Government contract performance Experience managing services and organizing resources to simultaneously support multiple projects.
