Responsibilities
The IT Program Manager shall strategically manage their contractor personnel who support WSU's complex IT programs, aligning them with business goals, while effectively managing their contract employees to foster collaboration and ensure successful product delivery goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure contract compliance, budget adherence, and proactively address anyperformance or resource issues of their contract employees.
* Ensure the program aligns with Agile principles and practices.
* Required to be familiar with enterprise cloud offerings, Custom Application Delivery, LowCode/No Code Application Delivery, FBI Security policies and practices, FBI Lifecycle.
* Management practices, and knowledgeable of enterprise platform operations andmaintenance.
* Leading large-scale teams (100+members) and manage an extensive Agile portfoliocomprised of more than three Agile Release Trains, ensuring successful delivery ofinitiatives.
Qualifications
* 12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience
* 8 years of expertise in prioritizing initiatives and managing resources effectively.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration. Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
* 8 years of expertise in methodologies like Agile, or Scrum. 8 years of expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and risks across multiple projects.
* Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong capability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Creative problem-solving to address challenges and optimize processes.
* Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or other program management software.
* 8 years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple interdependencies.
* Experience in leading organizational change and driving adoption of new processes or technologies.

Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
