Summary

Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in retail and e-commerce for a Program Manager (Airtable) consultant to join their North American retail marketing team. This is a high-impact role focused on driving direct-to-consumer marketing performance by transforming outbound campaign operations through optimized Airtable solutions.


Duration: 6+ months

Location: Seattle, WA

Hours: 40 hours/week)

Rate: $55-$60/hour


Position Overview:

This consultant will lead the development and management of Airtable systems that streamline multichannel marketing execution (Email, SMS, Push), enable precise audience segmentation, and align message delivery with business goals. The role also supports campaign automation and integration across internal tools to improve speed to market and ensure a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Airtable strategy to support outbound campaign operations, including segmentation, creative workflows, targeting logic, and execution timelines.
  • Design and manage custom Airtable bases to track multichannel campaign components, customer cohorts, messaging calendars, and marketing assets.
  • Integrate Airtable with key enterprise tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Jira, Adobe Campaign Manager, and Tableau to enable dynamic reporting, campaign automation, and centralized data management.
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on channel strategy, messaging, and execution plans that drive customer engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Build scalable workflows to support campaign creation and versioning across channels while maintaining compliance with brand and legal standards.
  • Provide Airtable best practices, training, and change management support to drive adoption and long-term platform sustainability.
  • Use automation and AI-enabled workflows to accelerate marketing operations and enable personalization at scale.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM, or outbound product marketing with a focus on executional workflows and cross-channel campaign support.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Airtable, including base architecture, advanced automations, integrations, permissions, and views.
  • Strong familiarity with Email, SMS, and Push marketing workflows, tools, and channel best practices.
  • Experience managing audience lists, customer segments, and creative asset libraries in a dynamic marketing environment.
  • Skilled in integrating and working with enterprise tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Tableau, Jira, and Adobe Campaign Manager.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate marketing objectives into system logic and scalable Airtable structures.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
