We are seeking an experienced and driven Program Manager to lead large-scale, strategic, and technically complex programs within our dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving program success, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and delivering impactful results. This role requires strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead through ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities
Drive activities for large, strategic, technically complex, priority programs
Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, accounting for dependencies
Ensure transparency of progress and proactively manage risks and issues
Communicate status updates and program summaries to stakeholders and executive leadership
Ensure clarity of roles and accountability across all team members
Facilitate all build activities, including quality assurance
Track and report on budgets; manage capacity planning for teams
Collaborate with other program management colleagues to coordinate efforts across technology teams
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the technical components in the program domain, including tools, architecture, and cross-system dependencies
Track and report key program metrics; escalate as appropriate
Independently manage program activities and resolve conflicts
Filter out distractions and keep teams focused on results
Navigate the organization to drive progress, even when responsibilities are not clearly defined
Demonstrate leadership through collaboration, initiative, and innovation
Coordinate with external vendors as needed
May lead Agile ceremonies and processes at the team-of-teams level
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing large-scale, strategic software development programs in a global technology organization
Proven ability to facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams
Expertise in Agile or Waterfall methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile, etc.)
Strong planning, delivery, and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and meeting facilitation abilities, especially when interfacing with senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a media or entertainment technology environment
Knowledge of Ad Tech or demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex engineering domains
PMP, Scrum Master, or other formal project management certifications
Required Education
BA/BS or equivalent experience required
