Main Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and control projects interfacing with the Integrated Project Team;
- Execute and delivery allocated projects maximizing performance against time, cost and quality criteria;
- Coordinate cross-functional project team and stakeholders to meet program goals;
- Create a project plan detailing key activities, milestones and deliverables;
- Build a strong customer relationship acting as the primary point of contact for customer communication and liaison;
- Understand financial implication of the project, being accountable for the financial control and status of allocated projects, providing status reports and forecasts;
- Provide project performance reporting information in support of the Project Review Cycle;
- Ensure project resource and capability requirements are defined and deployed;
- Manage risks, issues and opportunities working with the appropriate stakeholders to assess and build risk mitigation measures into the project.
Requirements
- Experience in Project or Program Management, preferably in Aerospace & Defense contexts;
- Project Management qualification e.g. PMI Project Management Professional [PMP®] or equivalent is a plus;
- Fluency in English.
Education
Master’s Degree in Engineering or Economics.
