The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of STEM & Robotics education, at least 1 years of relevant experience, and a proven ability to lead curriculum development, manage teams, and build strong relationships with educational and corporate stakeholders. Key Responsibilities As a STEM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of Respire. Your responsibilities will include: Curriculum Development: Develop STEM-based activity curriculums, create prototypes, and document product development aligned with educational standards. Team Management: Lead and mentor educators, manage daily operations, and ensure effective program delivery. Program Implementation: Conduct teacher training, oversee quality instruction, monitor program success, and develop STEM programs, products, and training modules for the organization and clients. Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with schools and corporate partners, and track impact to document success stories. Product Development: Innovate and create STEM programs, products, and training modules. Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving technical and professional challenges faced by the team. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in STEM education, curriculum development, or a related role. Experience leading teams is a plus. Minimum 1 years of experience in STEM education or related roles. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Efficiency in report documentation and maintaining detailed program records. Familiarity with curriculum planning and teacher training processes.
