Description

Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client looking for an experienced UX Research Program Manager to support it's internal research operations team. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing team dedicated to creating accessible financial systems. You will play a critical role in streamlining and managing processes that empower impactful research initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of operational processes related to legal compliance, data governance, and security within the research team.
  • Oversee the secure storage, maintenance, and disposal of customer data and research artifacts in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Coordinate security approvals for new tools and vendors to expand research capabilities.
  • Establish standardized processes for obtaining consent and ensure regulatory compliance in all research activities.
  • Manage the organization and accessibility of a centralized archive for past research reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock new research methodologies and expand research into new regions.
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Drive initiatives to improve research efficiency through effective vendor and participant management.
  • Partner with researchers and other stakeholders to align operations with business and research goals.


Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting researchers in an operational or program management capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to independently manage complex projects and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with researchers, stakeholders, and study participants.
  • Familiarity with user experience research processes and their impact on product development.
  • Experience with data analysis, including quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices.
  • Passion for making financial systems more accessible and inclusive.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop and experience with A/B testing methodologies.
