We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager for Regulation and Compliance to join our dynamic team. The role will be responsible for conducting research to identify and monitor procurement-related compliance requirements and regulations, and to then convert them to product enhancement recommendations for our Source to Pay solution. You will ensure they meet the customer’s expectations and allow them to comply with their country or industry laws.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate product requirements for regulatory and compliance features and capabilities within the JAGGAER Source to Pay solution and assist Product Management with vision and strategy.
• Develop and communicate company regulatory and compliance requirements in countries of operation.
• Monitor and analyze regulatory developments relevant to procurement, ESG, security, and supply chain management across various jurisdictions and industries relevant to JAGGAER.
• Assess the implications of new regulations on our clients and our product offerings, identifying necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis and monitor closely governments’ regulations to identify early the new or changing requirements.
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes and trends affecting our target industries.
• Engage with customers to understand their compliance needs and gather feedback.
• Collaborate closely with product management, legal, and other internal teams to create actionable items based on regulatory requirements.
• Participate in creating product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure product compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to internal teams and customers.
• Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and collateral with Product Marketing.
• Support sales efforts through product presentations and customer meetings.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of the product.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Law, Engineering, Library Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Understanding of regulated markets (public or semi-public sector, Manufacturing, Life Sciences)
• Familiarity with procurement practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• 3+ years of experience in project management/program management, preferably in a SaaS or technical compliance-related environment
• 2+ years of experience in a highly regulated organization, preferably related to procurement practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English. Additional language skills, preferably Italian, are strongly recommended
