Job Title: ServiceNow Program Manager

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)

Duration: 3+ Years Contract with good chances of extension

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years in true program management leading tech and business-related projects with a “we’ve got this” vibe.
• Documented experience with Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall approaches. Stellar communication skills A deep love for all things ServiceNow- CSM, ITSM, SPM – you know the platform like the back of your hand. A knack for juggling priorities, solving problems, and keeping the good times rolling under pressure.
• Leadership vibes that inspire – teams follow you because your equal parts strategy and hype. Organizational skills are on point, you’ll be leading multiple programs and projects at the same time.
• Local to the Raleigh area Bonus points for PMP, ITIL, and Agile certs ServiceNow certs are a major flex.
• Managed multiple service now implementations recently(not older than 3-5 years), exp not just in one module but across ITSM, SPM, CSM,CMDB, IRM, SECOPS etc.
• MSP/Cloud Services industry experience would be very helpful
• Experience managing multiple Projects at one time. If so, what were the most projects managed at 1 time.
